To the contrary, this is exactly why you get Luka in the rotation early. How's he supposed to learn from mistakes if he's never allowed to make any? You can't sit the guy on the bench all season, then put him on the floor in prime time, and expect him to excel. No player is Magic Johnson in that regard. If you'd given Luka even 5-10mpg from the start of the season (or as soon as he strung together those good games), you'd probably have these "rookie mistakes" out of the way already.

Instead, Pop will bench him for it once again, rinse and repeat. The new Lonnie tbh.

Exactly...u get it...ppl forget this is what exactly was happening with White ..there were MANY ppl on the board thrashing him and saying he is only good in g league when pop was giving him inconsistent minutes...as soon as injuries happened and he HAD to play, ppl saw his potential...lonnie and Luka would have been much further along in their development if they played for a different coach...
