Patty and Mills sure are done. So done, need to be named twice. He should retire twice.

Patty and Rudy are not done. Ruby is fine but the team direction, he is no longer required. A few contending teams will easily target him in the off season. Mills on the other hand has lost his legs. Age, gruelling schedule, possibly niggling injury, but most importantly he has too big of a role. He should be a 15min spark plug, harassing full court role. But White's injury early in the season, meant Mills played a bigger role (and delivered). And now Whites injury meant Mills is continually playing a larger role because Jones is far from ready. This time, Mills is not delivering. He has clearly ran out of gas and should have been limited when White and Murray were healthy. Vassell was playing fairly well and he should have been taken the majority of Mill's minutes.

This is poor planning by Pop and the coaching staff. It's very clear Mills was in a rut after the allstar break and they should have monitored his minutes being an older, undersized guard.
