All bureaucracies are bad, except for LE bureaucracies.

It's a marvel to me that agencies so bad at creating public safety and solving crimes should always be growing.

Hard times are not necessarily the argument for budget cuts.

Why do you say police should be immune, derp?

    Explain.

No, I explained how you're wrong. That was obvious to anyone who understands clear, simple English.

Why should the police be immune to budget cuts, derp?

    Explain.

The defund police argument is not centered around budget cuts, Derp.

    Stop being a wad.

    It's a budget cut, derp.

Because their budget would be cut.

That is the literal definition of a budget cut.

Newark PD is (was) an outlier but nationwide about 80% of police interactions with the public are discretionary, pretextual stops.

That's bull , that's predatory, and it contributes very little to public safety.

    Quote where I said that.

Why do you do this lame play, day after day, year after year?

Is the distraction that worth it to you?

    You certainly give that impression.

Why do you do this lame play, day after day, year after year?

Is the distraction that worth it to you?
OK, clear it up once and for all so there can be no distractions.

Do you think police should be immune from budget cuts?

    Yes or no.

cons utes power-play harassment (I have the power to stop them, nobody can stop me, so I stop them) which alienates the public.

This is probably as close as we'll be getting to an admission that you just made something up for a distraction.
