Inspector General Michael Horowitz said he would examine whether the data subpoenaed by the Justice Department and turned over by Apple followed department policy and “whether any such uses, or the investigations, were based upon improper considerations.”
Horowitz appointed in 2012, not a Trump fellator.

No where did I say they were the same thing and we won't know if they were until we see an IG report. We already know Obama's DOJ/FBI spied illegally per IG report. I'm saying RandomGuy needs to shut the up about this as he was fine with it when it was happening to Trump and his team.
