apparently all companies should allow employees to smoke, drink, watch porn and masturbate on the job since its their right. any company that doesnt allow all that is a fascist dictatorship
Don't be a chicken . Skipping work/practice to do whatever, whether it's playing golf or partying or jacking off or having sex or sleeping, or watching Netflix, etc. is simply not working and therefore bad performance and of course the employee should be terminated if they are not performing. Nobody is saying Beasley shouldn't be terminated if he suddenly started skipping practices or stopped catching the ball or became ineffective in the NFL offense in any case. But the decision to not have their body invaded by a politically controversial needle injection is NOT mutually exclusive with positive work performance, and YOU KNOW IT.

    1) no football player is being forced to take the vaccine under threat of job

    2) if they dont like the rules they can work somewhere else. no different than jobs that monitor your every second on the job, compared to others that allow extensive flexibility and freedom with your time spent on the job. why should sports leagues be forced to operate differently? just because the employees make more money?

    3) not sure where you got the idea that work performance is considered lesser because the player is not vaccinated. they are simply under a different set of rules for the safety of others who are also not vaccinated.

That's really the only thing that matters. But state and federal mask mandates are completely over on July 1st, why doesn't private sector be required to fall in line with that? We can't have mask mandates continuing into 2022 assuming COVID is only a very isolated threat post herd immunity.

so just because there is no federal or state mandate for workers to show up on time, that means companies shouldnt enforce such a rule?

Terrible/irrelevant comparison #2 of the day. Count is 0-2, feel like swinging a third time? I'd keep the bat at shoulder level if I were you.

No company should force certain employees or customers to be a third rate citizen indefinitely. There has to be a mandatory government-enforced limit on archaic restrictions in line with reality.

Social distancing and hand sanitizer or hand washing is understandable. But having to wear a torturous face diaper in 90+ degree summer heat when performing an aerobic activity that involves running is simply torture. I couldn't be paid enough to do it.

    that's the question.

he has a mansion in North Texas, and an apartment in Buffalo while he's playing for the Bills. I would have to imagine north NY is a better summer climate than here. But it still gets hot in Buffalo in the summer time. If he's outside he definitely shouldn't have to wear a mask. Wearing a mask actually feels somewhat comfortable in the winter time IMO.

The got made a weird bet with himself that if the nfl expanded to a 17 game season he wouldn’t post in the nfl forum until they changed it back.

he Said beginning preseason he is gone from nfl forum. I’m doubtful the got will follow through. But even if he just follows through for a few weeks that’s something

No. Corporations don't get to dictate medical procedures for individuals. That's why they're operating on "mandates" and not enacting this stupid sh** into law.

And in the second place, NFL has a higher threshold to meet given that it's a natural monopoly. They're ing with Cole Beasely's right to earn his full market value.
    Yes they fkn do.

I hope a bunch of players drop dead during the season and the scamdemic vax is to blame. That will really wake people up, since athletics is usually considered to be a bubble safe from the rest of the outside world.

Also at the GFL / media acting like Fauci not been shown to be a villain at this point.

Fournette's tweet may have been something else and since been deleted.

@ the cowards at Yahoo not linking the "misinformation".

gotta be Buffalo. Cole Beasley and Jon Feliciano are very outspoken, but their WR room sans Diggs has been cheering Beasley on. Josh Allen's comments on it have also been bizarre

This is why laws need to be made. They shouldn't be openly talking about cutting anyone for refusing to take their poison that hasn't even achieved efficacy.
