Tre jones might be the best player on the spurs summer league teams
I'm watching the Rockets summer league game. Their youngsters are really fun to watch, especially compared to the unathletic "high character" scrubs on the Spurs. It's sad that the Rockets have reloaded with better young talent in one season after Harden than the Spurs have in three years after Nephew.
Sengun with 15/5/1/1/4 heading to the 4th
I guess we are all finding out what it's like to be Sacramento.
Atleast were finally letting the young core- kj,dm,devin, white, lonnie, luka, tre sink or swim. Not to mention bryn forbes championship experience
Treadmill teams draft treadmill talent.
sacremento is when you pay to keep middling talent. we're not there yet.
I think it'll be a major mistake to have passed on Sengun, but at least Houston will be a basket case for a while.
Watching the Det-Hou game too... I really really like Sengun... Christopher looks good too... on Detroit I was legitimately surprised how solid Garza looks... if he would have committed to his body like this before his senior season he would have made more money..
feels good to have a GM who drafts well
Sengun with 19, 7 & 4 blocks in 20 minutes so far
If only he had played at the combine and lit up a bunch of undrafted kids instead of dominating grown men in turkey
Maybe then ...
And spurs drafted a middle schooler. Not his fault though.
Patience I guess
Fantastic draft by Houston. All their draftees look really good.
Yeah Houston showing the Spurs on how to Tank and how to Draft - I hope the Spurs Organization is taking notes..
ing front office. Sengun looking great, Jalen Johnson looking super quick and athletic. Don’t worry, by the time Primo is done with his rookie contract, he might be ready.
Trust me,they arent
Primo can't even use age as an excuse when Sengun's only five months older than him
They are too busy worshipping Pop and feeding him grapes.
just when I couldn’t be angrier, you drop that .
Spurs FO has been garbage since 2017. What else is new?
What's alarming is that the 6'5" guard the Rockets drafted with the 24th pick, Josh Christopher, looks better than our 12th pick. Having already taken Jalen Green, Sengun, and Garuba earlier in the draft, they get a nice guard prospect with a late pick. They knocked it out of the park with the draft
The idea is to make good picks with your prized drafting spot-maybe not going with a hunch?
A lot of teams missed on Sengun for some stupid reason. Too bad the Spurs did, too.
Can a man legally move that quickly? I thought he was like Yao Ming level in mobility with Jokic level hopping skills?
