I'm told chances are good Vassell will play Wednesday, with Primo a possibility as well. Jones is day-to-day. He got banged in the head during a SL practice this week and must clear concussion protocol first.

Primo was far from an iron man in college. He missed time with a sprained MCL. Just goes to show how much of a bad pick it was. An injury prone guard that doesn't excel at any one skill besides shooting should never go that high.

There's a reason everybody clowned the Spurs for the pick. He doesn't have enough upside or talent to warrant a pick that high considering his performance in college in addition to his injury concerns. He's a late 1st tier player like Derrick White. Spurs fans expecting Primo to be the next franchise player are going to be really disappointed.

I mentioned prior to the draft we should trade down and pick him in the back half of the 1st round on a 2 for 1 pick swap. Did not want at 12 though. Not at all.
