It should but as long as it exists I hope New York gerrymanders the out of its upstate districts this year. Right now NY is 19-8 and it wouldn’t be all that challenging to draw a 23-3 map with the population losses in upstate.
Also it’d be hilarious if Illinois actually puts Cuckzinger, Mary Miller and Rodney Davis in the same district.
