With the possible exception of the last item, those are gy changes.

    NBA needs changes more.

Bucks being allowed to call a timeout with 37.9 seconds left late in the shot clock was the equivalent of a do-over.
That saved the game for them and changes the entire series.

And these weak ass calls punishing teams. Refs should be playing advantage.

They may as well change the name of the game, with such changes.

Previous changes were gradual and logical. Off-side, red cards, yellow cards, extra time and penalty shootouts, away goals, 3 points instead of two for the win, 3 changes instead of two, goalkeeper can’t take a returned ball with hands, VAR, etc.

But this ones completely change the game at once.

These three are all about creating commercial breaks.
    It's a cash grab.
Tbh, it might work. Hooligans don't have the will power to stay away.

Mandatory five minute medical checks for players causing injury stoppages.
All the fake injury stuff is nonsense.
