All you have to know is that he failed to define "hooper." If you don't define it, then everything he said after that means nothing but personal bias. I get if you say Tim wasn't exciting. He was at the beginning of his career, but after his knee injury, he was a below the rim, cerebral player and I'm okay with him being "boring." But how can you say the Greek Freak is boring? It looks like "Hooper" excludes white players or players born outside the continental United States.
