There is no link. This is from the "Insider" from 6/2/2003.N.C. State sop re Josh Powell won't be returning to school, a source close to Powell told Insider. Powell has decided to forego his college eligibility and keep his name in the draft. Several strong workouts, especially one in San Antonio, have convinced Powell to keep his name in the draft.
