Always that moment (IV) when he meets eye with the wife. It's all SS, but they always soldiered straight & narrow on/to his creations. And there, at that moment the creation is priceless. He's in the turnbuckle, alone, he's dismissed Rocky and his manager. They're on left as he searches to his right, finds her, she is risen and the exchange of her tears and his nod is so deeply American that it aches the heart. That moment I shall take to the grave.
