nbadraft.net had him going 26 to Denver and compared him to Gary Trent Jr.

He's virtually the same size as Lonnie Walker, without the strength and athleticism of Lonnie Walker. Realistically though, he looks like a better spot up shooter. They act like he has defensive potential at 1-3 but at his size with the lack of athleticism I kind of question how high is upside is on that end and just in general. Smooth shooter but why was Kispert and other guys valued so far ahead of him in mocks when he has youth on his side? Idk. I think LW4 was a slightly better prospect and we picked him at 18. Kind of a head scratcher.

It makes no ing sense why not trade down or why not pick better players that 99.9% of all mocks had in front of this kid. I am ing done with this team I really am it's time to cut the cord on cable and pick up a hobby or two......... ing dumb ass RC and Pop .....

Timvp's recap on Primo from his article this week:

    25. Joshua Primo
    26. Jaden Springer

Today, neither Joshua Primo nor Jaden Springer are much to write home about. But both players show enough promise that they could be worth a gamble. Primo, 18, is the youngest player in the draft. The 6-foot-5 guard is a high-character kid who has shown flashes as a shooter and playmaker.

He is deceptively strong. He actually plays a tougher brand of basketball than lonnie. He knows how to create contact and space on his drives. Very crafty in the one on one game. He could develop into a poor man's harden on offense but a much better defender.

Kawhi situation damaged Pop for all time. He's decided to put character as the single most important aspect in a prospect, above how good they are as a basketball player and where they should be drafted.

Dont be surprised if spurs pick another alabama player in the second round.

Why I wouldn't mind and why it might be a good sign.

Alabama runs an nba style offense that completely ignores the mid range game. Could be a sign of committing to this style of play. Her jones is a defensive stud whose shot mechanics aren't bad per se. Spurs staff can shore up that shot. I'm good with jones at 41 if hes still on the board.
