Bottom line regular season wonder Jazz will be tough in regular season but disappointing in playoffs with the pseudo great Conley

Are these contracts guaranteed? Or is there pandemic clauses that the media not reporting on?
There's a good chance of a crash in ratings and attendance.

Before playing injured in this year's playoffs he had a record of overperforming in the playoffs so Conley is not their problem even if he is way overpaid.

Is he really overpaid? You gonna tell me you'd rather have two Patty Mills than one Mike Conley?

Maybe not. I still am in the headspace that like 25 million a year is like a superstar

It's basically the same contract for bench player 50mills with another year added and another 25 million. Spurs got fleeced.

Yeah $25 million still sounds like a lot but these days superstar money is in the $40 million range. I imagine the Spurs are going to have to offer something like 4 years, $128 million if they want to get Collins to sign an offer sheet.
