Rockets win tonite…
yes, so keep losing
Rockets win tonite…
Eh. It's almost beside the point now. 1st, 2nd, 3rd each have the same odds for the first four picks. Worst team has very close to a 50% of getting the fifth pick. Second worst spreads that between fifth and sixth picks. And then third worst gets a seven percent chance of getting number seven.
Honestly once you look at the odds the difference isn't as great as you'd think.
and Pistons.
Starting to think this whole thing is scripted.
WTH did a Pistons - Rockets to win parlay pay tonight?
Yeah but the Spurs would have the 31st pick overall, in the second round, instead of the 33rd and that could be the difference of getting a better player for that 2nd round pick. Better to have the worst record and no chance to fall below 5 and get the higher pick in the second round. This is a lost tank season anyways.
Pop played everyone against Denver to see how they played and probably wasn't expecting a win then turned around and tanked by holding players out against OK City.
The Spurs with only one more win than both Detroit and Houston.
Still have a shot at the worst record.
I said The Spurs would end up with the worst record and only get one more win the rest of the season.
Who is the target for Spurs early 2023 2nd?
Did Wemby ever play with Siddy Cissoko or is there no connection there?
Maybe they can trade that Toronto pick next year and the second rounder this year and draft a pg Jalen Hood-Shifino if they land Wemby with their first pick.
So bring on the new PG and Wemby for next season.
Are you under the impression that they wanted to win 30 games in order to miss out on top prospects but also not be close to the play in?
Big game v orl incoming
Do you have insider info that their intention is to be the new Kangz?
Yeah, towards the end it seemed like Pop was trying to leave the door open for them but Denver just kept jacking up threes and missing them
At a certain point it seemed inevitable the Spurs were gonna win, so he let off the reins and let the young guns run
My favorite are:
Bilal Coulibaly SF - 6'6 - He plays with Wemb maybe a draft and stash?
Azuolas Tubelis PF/C - 6'11 - Just a very good basketball player gets you rebounds and gets you points always consistent
Jordan Hawkins SG - 6'5 - Never have enough shooters
Spurs win again!
That’s 4 out 5 wins in the books. 14 games left to win 1-3 more - im feeling pretty good about my 5-7 win stance. How about you?
There seems to be more chatter about Coulibaly in the first. Not sure about Hawkins.
If they win one more I'll be wrong.
I said they would not win 5 and they have 4 now.
Another thing: spurs have 4 more games left than CHA. So it could get close if I’m right (unless CHA wins 1 or 2 more)
I’m hoping pop is keeping a pulse on bottom 3…
Spurs' remaining schedule is now the 3rd hardest in the league:
https://www.tankathon.com/remaining_schedule_strength
Bucks, Celtics, Warriors, Grizzlies, Kings, Suns. Some of the 'easy' side of the ledger are Atlanta, Utah, Dallas twice.
Charlotte only has two games against opponents Tankaton considers 'hard' - Philadelphia and Cleveland.
The problem of the Spurs still having three more games to play is still there.
Spurs winning at like a 50% clip last 7 games…and that’s with Pop resting one or two guys. Mavs have no Luka tomorrow and Kyrie is questionable
That and CHA sucks especially without LaMelo and they have every incentive to lose out and increase odds. We will see. Prob safe but going to need CHA to win another one soonish or might get sketchy
Gangsta Gangsta is peak Ice Cube IMO
No Vaseline gotta be my #2 from him. Seeing him die of AIDS make you think maybe Cube wasn't lying when he said Eazy-E turned got
This one isn't as well known since it's from the Kill At Will ep, but think The Product is one of Cube's hardest songs too
these wins making my stomach hurt
