Don't like to see a game end like that, but Wilmer Flores is hitting .083, was 0-2, and is 0-17 lifetime against Scherzer. People out there acting like it was a tied game with the bases loaded, no outs, and the umps gifted the Dodgers three straight outs. The Giants didn't lose the game and series on that call
WTF, it's been like a decade since you last lodged a cogent post, midst.

    Congratulations.

is going to be a problem for the Astros.

He did everything in this game. Single handely almost won the game. Fenway awaits..
Yeah he is. I was at the game and every time he came to bat it was worrisome. When Altuve hit that HR, the place exploded nothing like playoff baseball. I think Cora might have made a mistake burning his bullpen so early. I mean the Astros did too.

I was hoping you'd beat the Astro's and deny Media their prayers, but that does not look promising, Recky.
Funny how things work. They lose one game and people start losing their . Where was this freak out when they lost the first game to the Rays? Long series..

I don’t like this new trend in baseball where you play your starter for 3 innings and then your bullpen up by using every one else available.

Astro's ain't the Rays. They're blood drunk over getting caught cheating.

Rays are better stacked for the future, imo. The Astros have had the same players for years. That tends to stagnate progress. Just look at the Dodgers. 1 championship in the last 7 years after making it to the World Series every time.

I’m shocked you’re already broken 1 game in. Biden ed you up, old man.

Can't you just set aside Biden when we're talking sports, Recky? Act like somebody.

    ---

The difference for the Astro's NOW right now,,,is the cheating scandal. They're guilty but have convinced themselves they've been put upon unjustly...doesn't make a lick of sense in truth, but...(it's) an American trait practiced by most, if not all who have "sinned."

I'll tell you what, Recky; if the Astro's lose this series I'll never mention (they sold your ) again, ever. Just this series, not if they make it to the WS and lose.

You don't have to put up anything.

How long before Boston pitching turns this into a deficit?

I give it another 4 innings, tbh.

Ummm... never mind. Even Boston pitching can't this up, right?

Wait, they're playing already? I thought this was a 7PM game?

My rule of thumb as a Sox fan is that you should expect a mini meltdown, full on meltdown or just your regular meltdown at some point during any game. Never fails.

Easiest call I will make all year. Taylor should contemplate suicide tonight. What a dumb .

    Long series though.

Outplayed in a must win home game with Ace on the mound... but won Game 1. Dodgers drained their pen moving forward.

    Edit: Freddie 0-4 with 4K's

Yeah, I'm steaming at the absolutely braindead play and decision making of the Dodgers in that game. Nothing more needs to be said.

these two teams aren't ready for what's coming from the American League. They make so many dumb ass mistakes.
