Something stinks in New Jersey and it's not Biden's drawers.
I ain't seen CNN this happy (after NJ stayed blue) since MF Biden commenced to squattin' back in January.
tee, hee.
The New Jersey governor race was tighter than expected as well.
Thread:
Is this the pull of Trump from your party?
Is this pretty obvious triumph by the red team because of the red team Trump party train?
Maybe this is tell tale sign the GOP should run some MAGA ticket like DeSantis/Youngkin in 2024 and leave Trump off the ticket and leave him in the background as a motivator and some sort of GOP chair. Youngkin is proof that the deep red MAGA voters will still turn out in droves -- they turned out for Youngkin even more than for Trump in Virginia -- and the GOP can potentially win back Virginia and several other states (NH, GA, MI, WI, PA, AZ, maybe NV and/or CO), win back the popular vote and make blue states like NJ compe ive (tilt Dem)... what Youngkin did in VA is the winning formula for the GOP and they'd be damned not to follow it. Need to run up the scores in the rural areas with >85% of the vote and then be compe ive in the suburbs, appeal to parents with children, oppose CRT, keep the focus on the economy, low taxes and anti-inflation and make the election about economic issues, public safety and education rather than stuff like trans, climate, etc. It also helps that people will stop caring about covid at some point next year.
going to need a complete and total shutdown of the phrase "overton window" by leftists until we figure out wtf is going on here
Did it involve servers in Germany being controlled by Hugo Chavez or bamboo ballots without watermarks?
