Bulls: Do you help find bulls?

My wife is fed up with dating apps. She suggested that I could help her find a bull. I really like the idea, but also do not want to make a bunch of rookie mistakes. Does anybody have experience being more directly involved? Do you have any tips or red flags? Is Reddit a decent place to do it?
(Our past process has been very different. She would use apps. She would show me potential partners to make sure I did not notice any obvious concerns or want to veto them for some reason.)
