It would be nice
if parents who are working so hard to keep the teaching of American history out of our schools
would do the same about guns.
Pretty sure it’s cause she was killed too.

You ain't getting the guns, bouts. No. Uh, uh.
The only issue I see with charging the parents is if the shooter is charged as an adult. Maybe a legal expert could chime in, but how can the parents be liable if the shooter takes on adult responsibility? It seems to me that, at the adult level, the parents no longer have culpability for criminal actions of the live in relative.
much too soon to speak of gun laws
I understand if parents were libs, but what if they were republicans
enforce current laws, new laws not needed
overall, % of school shooting deaths is negligible
...good stuff, D. CNN legal experts (and there is a ing load of 'em) will aid that MI.. prosecutor/hot blond walk that adult charge on the kid back. It'll be like it never happened.
It could also open the door for the shooter to be charged as a juvenile.
Eh, he's standard waste of space. (They/DA, judge, et al) don't care about this kid. They want that white meat of the parents and they want it bad.
Rittenhouse cleaned their clocks and they over it yet.
I see plenty negligence on their part but I don't know if manslaughter would stick when the kid is being given all the responsibility himself. They had a legal right to purchase and possess the firearm. They probably had a legal obligation to keep it safely away from the kid. The firearm could not legally belong to the kid regardless what the parents told the kid, and if they didn't hand it to him and had no knowledge of his intentions, I would be surprised if they get convicted. They will be broke as however and be sued relentlessly in civil courts and may lose those cases. They'll likely get divorced, change their names and maybe even leave the country if they walk.
I don't understand how both parents are equally legally liable though. Could be another instance of a prosecutor playing more to the media than to the law.

They ain't walkin' unless the NRA, or, another (en y) cover's them like (they) did for Rittenhouse. The Rittenhouse team was conducting mock jury(s).
***CNN was there last night when they were apprehended. They obviously conspired with a "friend" of the couple to rat them out for the money from the DA & and nice stipend from CNN.
CNN/MSNBC/MSM is all in on this one, right to judgment day. That side has lost considerable ground on gun laws since Biden commenced a squattin' in there. This is their chance, real, or, not to make up some ground, or, at least portend to gain ground.
Yeah, we laughed at those white people already.
Oxford teacher giving tips to next school shooter to kill more kids
Suspended teacher said shooter should have pulled fire alarm as diversion to fulfill hit list
“The things that he said, how he would’ve committed the act differently with detail, is extremely scary,” the parent said.
“That he would’ve pulled a smoke detector, so that he could create a distraction,
in order to carry out his hit list and kill the people that he would need to.
It was gut-wrenching devastation that a grown adult would mentally harm our children this way.”

Cept for the kids that were killed the remainder are in their glory, time of their lives.
Won't happen. Too much gun cult money running around propping up bad policy.
Money means more than votes. :/
Former neighbor previously contacted child services regarding Michigan shooter and parents
warned child abuse authorities about his parents.
She shared that the parents were “leaving Ethan at home while they went out drinking.”
At the time of the complaint, Ethan Crumbley was eight or nine years old.
“When they were gone, he would come knock on our door,” LeMieux said.
“They didn’t leave him with a phone.”
She noted that Crumbley would use her phone to call his parents.

‘No Way To Prevent This,’ Says Only Nation Where This Regularly Happens
Published 2 hours ago
NASHVILLE, TN—In the hours following a violent rampage in Tennessee in which a lone attacker killed at least six individuals and injured several others, citizens living in the only country where this kind of mass killing routinely occurs reportedly concluded Tuesday that there was no way to prevent the massacre from taking place. “This was a terrible tragedy, but sometimes these things just happen and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop them,” said Tennessee resident Laura Campbell, echoing sentiments expressed by tens of millions of individuals who reside in a nation where over half of the world’s deadliest mass shootings have occurred in the past 50 years and whose citizens are 20 times more likely to die of gun violence than those of other developed nations. “It’s a shame, but what can we do? There really wasn’t anything that was going to keep this individual from snapping and killing a lot of people if that’s what they really wanted.” At press time, residents of the only economically advanced nation in the world where roughly two mass shootings have occurred every month for the past eight years were referring to themselves and their situation as “helpless.”

thoughts and prayers yo!
Schools need more metal detectors, bullet proof windows, one doorway in/out, more fencing around building, a good guy with a gun, to be in with Jesus, and some thoughts/prayers.
