tbh deploying a tactical nuke is highly inefficient and using larger nukes on a neighboring country is obviously pointless. and even if he did decide to use a tactical nuke in Ukraine, it's game over for Russia at that point. The only reason he is even posturing with the nukes is because he knows his invasion of Ukraine has failed miserably
