I mean Richardson is the same age as White, only signed for another year and on a cheaper contract. He's also a better 3-point shooter and can playmake and defend. I kinda get it, but if they were about to deal him, send him to the in Hawks for Collins!!!

How do pick protections work? Like for the Celtics pick, if it’s anywhere outside of 1-4 then the spurs get it?

Guys talking about Zach Collins, someone in these guys' fantasy league picked him up. They're saying Zach is one reason the Spurs were willing to give up Young (though they acknowledged Young was gone no matter what) and also might make the Spurs more likely to trade Poeltl.
I doubt they'll be in the lottery with Derrick on the team. They have been on a winning streak recently. The deal is decent I can't front.

Montrez Harrell to the Hornets
This is the most moves I’ve seen the Spurs made in a day… in a season ����. We have 3(?) FRP’s and SRP(?). I wonder if Spurs bundle to trade up if they see someone they like or trade for a tier 1? Big cap space and still plenty of assets. Good job GM Wright!

Guys on the show aren't sure if that makes it less likely they trade for Poeltl or if it makes PJ Washington expendable (or both).
