Bulls 22 FRP
Raps 22 FRP

Poeltl deal to Hornets dead, if there ever was one.
I bet Harrell was like plan D for them at best.

I’d say that makes it less likely Charlotte trades for Jakob
I would have much rather done the proposed Charlotte deal vs the Bos DWhite deal but oh well
Tankathon I believe updated there mock to show recent trades -it shows us with 3 picks in first round 2022
Is this a deep draft? I wander if they use the highest, or bundle to trade for a higher pick they like, or trade for a tier 1. Damn, good job for our whipping boy GM

So that Hawks interest on White was a smoke screen? Are they still on play for Collins? Maybe 3 FRP’s that we’re getting for Collins? Let’s go!
Yes for 2022 we have 3 first and we only have the Flakers second round pick

Gross trade for the mavs and wizards unless there’s more to it
I like Derrick, but that’s a nice haul for a player who can’t stay on the court.
Scratch off the top one. The Bulls pick is in 2025 or later.
Raps pick protected 1-14. Ver likely to convey
Celts pick protected 1-4. Nearly a lock to convey
Also, a FRP pick swap option in 2028 with Boston.
Zinger to Washington for Dinwidde and Bertans is so random
huh? Today’s trades amount to another 3-4mm if Langford leaves in free agency as an RFA. We already had 35+ this offseason assuming Walker is renounced.
The corpse of Porzingis for two bad players in Dinwiddie and Bertans.
2 bad contracts for Zinger ooof.
Spurs have
Bulls 25 FRP
Raps 22 FRP
Celts 22 FRP
Spurs 22 FRP
Lakers 22 SRP
Celtics 2028 FRP swap
Nuggets 2028 SRP
Dallas sending a 2nd to Washington as well.
Was Porzingis's value that low? Both Dinwiddie and Bertans are awful value for their contracts.
Must have tax implications.
What a steal for the Wizards. Bertans and Dinwiddie were flop FA/extension signings. Porzingis can be a solid No 3 behind Beal and whoever the Wiz get next to partner them.
All these trades and Lakers still stuck with Westbrick
Extrapolate the brilliant navigation of these deadline moves to the draft day when Spurs FO has so many assets therefore options. Brian Wright has loads of picks he can package in any number of ways to move up or down on a target or grab multiple targets. Plus tons of cap space cleared for optimal future financial flexibility. Being able to target any player or players he wants in the draft means a lot knowing how well Spurs talent scout. Means more than the avg team with the same advantageous positioning.
So assuming that’s the spurs call it day, who’s in the SL? Lonnie or Vassel?
So many of you miserable s were sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ing insistent that the Spurs were never going to make a mid season trade and that this was just like all the previous seasons despite it being obviously different and it being clear the Spurs were going to make moves mid season. I hope y'all learned something and can be a little less miserable going foward.
