Vax only COVID policy isn't going to do the trick until we get much better vaccines. Blaming the unvaxxed for the ongoing pandemic is a cop out (or motivated reasoning) -- it ignores reinfection and the uptick in deaths for the elderly in places like Denmark, Ireland, Norway and Portugal, where vaccine uptake for older folks is nearly 100%. NPIs clearly still have an important role in reducing transmission, vaccines mainly prevent the worst outcomes.
