Remember the time trump said he would start a new social media platform but did not post in it, only to see the platform’s value plummet with musk buying twitter?

Asking for investors that got flleeced.

    Good times.
Conserva s couldn't even quit Twitter with the old ownership... c'est la vie...

If you keep retweeting and copypasta spamming this forum with your twitter propaganda, you're a traitor.

For all of Twitter's back-patting about banning people for public safety, it was really about creating a safer advertising space. Advertisers don't like running their message in a cesspool.

I expect the real-human Twitter activity to increase in the short term, but I don't see Fortune 500 companies spending more on a Twitter dominated by alt-right conspiracy peddlers. It's not coincidental that Twitter's ad revenue actually went down the first year of Trump's presidency and increased exponentially in 2021 when they really whipped out the ban stick.

And the effort to ban spambots would be great for users, if it's actually doable and if it actually happens. But the drawback of that for Twitter is it will cut a lot of their audience and impressions numbers, and plenty of advertisers won't know the difference between bot/human traffic and impressions (or care).

Take all of this combined with the natural aging of the Twitter userbase and you've got a much less desirable space for advertisers. Musk is going to have to find a way to generate more revenue from the data sharing side of the ad space. And seeing as he's already buying Twitter at a premium, it's hard to imagine the stock being higher than it is right now when the hype dies down. But fortunately for him he can afford a $43 billion rebound/mid-life crisis hobby.

    Explain just how that happened.

You make claim after claim with nothing to back it up.

This isn't twitter. You're not limited or censored by big tech. Step up.

muh Trump is getting his bullhorn back

Honestly it really doesn't matter at this point. It's been hilarious watching you gots and all your butthurt over him losing it...and watching him fail at trying to start his own version only for it to fail like he did against Biden. Enjoy having him back.
