It's really not that ambiguous. For example, the recent SCOTUS moves are things the party in power could do nothing about, and they didn't do anything prior to make sure these "rights" are codified. That's because the person in the WH wants to keep friends on both sides, whereas Trump didn't even care if he made friends on his own side. Trump had/has a personal agenda (get hotels in Russia and probably Ukraine after all is said and done) where as Biden settled for getting Hunter a 6 figure salary. Trump made a lot of enemies, but the GOP is still harvesting the crops he planted in his 4 years of mostly fighting impeachment. Biden likely won't be remembered as anything but the VP behind Obama and the "anyone but Trump" old dude. The left cannot even say they will support the president if he runs again while the right would likely trip over each other if Trump announces, to get to his ring first.
