Heurter is only a shooter and isn't terribly good. The Spurs went hard for shooters last summer and it didn't work out.
Spurs
are
getting
picks
only
with
bad
contracts
Don’t expect any signing until, most likely, KD’s deal which FO’s probably hoping to get 2-3 FRP’s.
I’m on the same boat. I’m waiting for Jalen Smith, but FO cannot risk losing cap space until KD, or Kyrie or one of the big deals, are done.

Building around a maxed out 6'1" shooting guard who doesn't defend might be the worst strategy there is.
But it’s spida…… lol.
Maybe 2nd worse compared to building around 2-$200M Centers in a league devaluing Centers..
Wow how many FRP’s we can get for Poodle?
one, based off the dejounte deal and a couple of swaps
Maybe 2 protected or 1 unprotected...also depends if we take back salary..
If Utah manages to get Ayton, they've done a of a job for themselves.
u right, i didnt notice that huerter earns 14,5mln
Yup this feels like Christmas morning when other kids already opened their presents, and you’re waiting for your sweater
or your mom bought you the wrong video game but you have to pretend to like it
What the ? Is Gobbert really that much more valuable than Murray, or does PATFO just sucks at negotiating?
So basically 5 first rounders (3 unprotected, 1 top 5 protected, + the recent pick Kessler) plus an unprotected swap, plus some useful players (like Beverly) for a defense only center on a horrible contract... better deal than we got, frankly.
David Kahn running Minny again?!?
They were just getting traction too.
They can get him for nothing. But the fact that they got Kessler, who su iously seems like hand picked for Utah, makes me doubt that.
bruh, way more valuable. "Sit the tuck down"according to exstatic
try amazingly better but not surprising
KD’s asking price is now your franchise’s FRPs in perpetuity. Even if you move.
Gobert has a much higher value to teams trying to contend and win, doesn’t mean they are right or good at their valuations. Murray was not gonna get the Spurs 4 FRPs.
not even close. Murray doesn't have the perceived value gobert does
An old, non-shooting big on an awful contract vs a young, up and coming all-star guard on a bargain. There's no way the Jazz should have got more than we did.
obviously , sometimes perception is not reality though
People who suck at their jobs exist, it’s the T-Wolves in this case.
