TBs coach saying too many Avs on the floor, should have been disallowed.
Avs saying on/off ice there is always some leeway when players come in/out.
Effecively massively swung the series as Lightning have come back from 0-2 twice already. I felt a TB win would have given them momentum for the series. However I'm pulling for the Avs so have my usual complete fairness in judging reffing.
Lame NHL says it is not a reviewable play. NHL likes to keep the scams going just like NFL MLB and WarriorRef.

Yes I was watching the game and have seen some breakdown. Technically could have been called because the Avs player slowly skated back to the bench. But did it directly affect how the Defender reacted? I don't think the Defender feared the Avs player was about to turn around and join the attack.
It ultimately didn't matter because Avalanche were clearly better in Overtime. Lightening might just be out of gas.
