Was not aware of this little wrinkle.
This ruling is significant for another reason. The judge refused to accept the DOJ’s representations of which do ents are classified or privileged, putting all the do ents off limits to investigators until the independent review is complete. A big loss for DOJ that slows the probe substantially.
