HRs per at bat far beyond 2022 Joe Average.

This years MLB HRs are way down for everyone, due to do ented baseballs with more drag. Everyone except Judge that is.

Yet Judge is pushing Roger Maris record and is 20, twenty HRs in front of everyone else.

Juiced? Or just hard work paying off for Judge?

To get popped for PEDs would cost him maybe 100 Million this offseason

I think he's having career year in helpful stadium. Sucks for Judge the team is in freefall. He deserves praise.

I'll be honest, the thought has crossed my mind. But ultimately I'm leaning on the side of NO.

I think it's a combination of a him being big and strong(not fat) dude, who's just happen to catch fire at the plate this year. As mentioned already, it helps that happens to play in a favorable stadium.

The same stadium he's played in for the last 6 years?
With do ented wayy livelier baseballs in 2019 etc.

Why is 2nd place so far behind?
Why is he just now this year reaching per at bat levels that only the obvious steroid boys had? Bonds, Mcguire.

    Smells.

I honestly think that this may help his case. If he was repeatedly putting up numbers similar to his rookie season and this season, then he'd be guilty af in pretty much everyone's eyes. Worth considering that age 28-30 is prolly the peak age for performance and experience combo, so it'll be pretty sus if were to repeat this next year, tbh.

Fact is that it took him 5 years to get in this hot of a zone at plate again and stay healthy enough to put up these juicy(intended) power numbers.

All this being said, I'm only about 70/30 in favor of natty. So yeah...

Just the opposite. Would be suspect if he did not put up similar numbers next year. Would all the moreso point to this year as being something abnormal.

Why would he all of a sudden, after 5 years have a 40% increase in HRs in a year the ball is demonstrably deader then previous years? What did not happen in the years between his 52 rookie season and this promotional "Break Roger Maris" year?

Why aren't the other 28-30 year old HR stars having a 40% miracle increase?

I'm at 90/10 he's juicing. If this is hard work and he's just found a swing zone, great. Skunkies history of cheating doesn't help either.

Dude is one of the most injury prone players ever, but magically he’s healthy all year? Definitely on something for muscle recovery.

You'd have to be pretty gullible to think he's not juicing. I'm all for it, as long as they don't get caught.

    This.

It's ing sketchy that on a contract year he's suddenly injury free and has a career year.

I think whichever team ends up signing him will regret it.

He's 30 and will probably be demanding an 8+ year contract at 50 a year.

I would almost never throw a big contract at a player that conveniently has their best year on a contract year.
