Nobody with half a brain should care about what Dennis Rodman has to say....or Howard Stern, for that matter.
Tell us the year when he did the interview. I'm guessing it was late 90's or early '00s. If he said that today I would be amazed by his guts to say it since we live in a cancel culture environment.

The Caption says 1996... can't say for sure as I'm not dumbing myself down by listening to him, but anyone rehashing that old an interview (a quarter of a century) must really have time on their hands and nothing to do with it.

Rodman doesn’t need to be canceled. This interview was from 1996, and the only time you hear about him since the turn of the millennium is when he makes a trip to NK. He’s over. His 15 minutes were 15000 minutes ago.

David has a full meaningful life with a great family, and Rodman now has nothing. There are guys who, thrash, flail, and drown when their pro sports career ends. Dennis is one of them.
Did y'all watch the clip. Rodman threw it out as a throwaway jab in his hungover state. Stern then repeats it five times and adds the f word to boot. Evidently cancellation demands go back only 20 years in the broadcast game with him sitting on his Sirius empire.
I don't give a heck either way. For those of us around then we can declare 1996 and the 90s in general were the an hesis of gay friendly culture in America. That's only been a recent phenomenon, say circa 2012.
