Not an AD fan but that was most likely a concussion given by JJJs elbow.
Cheapshot? See thread and feel free to post.
Regarless of intentional or not, that was concussion material.
I would say there is no sense in comparing Duncan to Kawhi.
They are obviously cut from different cloths.

Someone need to make a win streak thread.
Spurs about to hit a winning streak for no fn reason
Damn Pistons either ahead or tied the final 2 minutes.
Going to be a formidable opponent.
Oh well any of the bottom 3 spots are the same 14%.
Holy chit Cha just came back from -16 at halftime.

It's sickening to see the Pistons keep losing these close ones.
It took me 1x to get #1 at Tankathon Simulator. We all know that doesn’t mean sh#t but who cares . Have a nice day
Exactly, but I'd it's beyond Kawhi and is just the sign of this generation of players. Duncan played on grinding knee joints. David banged with guys like Shaq the entire final 2/3s of his career all while dealing with back and neck issues. It used to be that you played through injury, now guys don't hit the court unless they're 100%. There's no comparing prior generations to this one.
Good strategy for the players, though. "Play" an extra five years, rake in that salary, even if your actual time on the court is less than a guy who was in the league for a much shorter span. Getting paid hundreds of millions of dollars to constantly rehab and basically just work out is a pretty sweet deal.
Besides the big 3, James, CP3, Haslem, Carter… there’s really not a lot of players having longevity. And the Spurs was above everyone, rested their players effectively for the playoffs, 22 years straight. We can say Spurs started it all, but they did it with science and was successful doing it. The Big 3 were compe ive almost throughout their career.
Of those only LBJ is for sure taking HGH or whatever else it takes to play this long. Not sure about the others.
Growing that beard to hide that bulging jawline
Unfortunately his receding hairline can’t hide the “frontal bossing”. But whatever, Adam Silver probably hand delivers the steroids for him just to keep him going.
Certainly established and completely verified as time goes on that Timmy Duncan was the Player of his Era.
Shaq was excellent but too many ho's and hamburgers.
Kobme was a very good player for several years, otherwise a marketing tool.
Things we know.
