Took a while but the tank is back on track.
Sheet what a great comeback by the Spurs.
Down 5.
Roll Tank!
Bill can't take much more of this losing![]()
I really watch some of the games to have a good laugh.
Spurs coming through in the clutch to take the L and keep the tank rolling.
We need the Tankkkkkkkkk
A 50 point lead is not safe with this team, granted it was early enough in the game.
damn dude 27/6 on 11/15 FG from Jalen Will
Incredible tank job putting up 77 points in the first half and then 34 in the second. Well done, fellas.![]()
Spurs had shots falling in the first half, but Pop also clearly went away from what was working in the second half. Maybe he truly is embracing the tank...
I'm fine with the Spurs squeaking out a win here soon as long as it's not to another tanking team
Langdon was very active and aggressive this game which was great to see... i thought OKC was gonna outtank the Spurs but Pop said nah no winning tonight
spurs scored more in 2nd qtr than entire 2nd half
Spurs 2nd half, -25 pts LOL
I'm embracing it as well, I just hope we stay the course. We need to pick a lane and stick with that. I've always wanted to see the Spurs win a highly unlikely Cinderella chip, but it's simply just that, highly unlikely and unrealistic.
It's almost impossible for that kind of thing to happen in the NBA, unlike the MLB and NFL, where it happens more frequently. Pop can't coach an underdog team to go deep in the postseason. He needs great players, as do 99% of NBA coaches to be fair.
But is Pop trying to tank, or is it happening inadvertently?
Johnson has been missing a lot of shots lately. Every time I look at the box score, he's like 5 for 30.
