On the one hand, we have a SpursTalk expert who says, "technically, cows don't fart"
On the other hand, there is science.

It's really confusing to me. Looking for some help.

The science has been explained by me in the original thread and twice to fartboy yet he persists in his childish fart obsession. 95+ percent of bovine methane emissions starts in the rumen and escapes through the mouth. Less than 5% of bovine methane emissions comes from the anus with the majority of those emissions originating in the deterioration of the actual feces. So let's generously say 2% escapes as gas. So if fartboy wants to obsess about "cow farts" I just said AGAIN that a very small percentage of methane escapes as gas.

Cows do not have intestines. The breakdown of the cellulose they eat happens in the rumen and that is where the methane is produced in the digestion process.

Sounds like you're saying cows do fart, but they belch more. Is that right?

I said it in the original thread also where fartboy clipped one sentence. So I originally said a small amount of methane gas escapes through the anus as gas. If juvenile fartboy wants to call that gas " farts" then cows "fart". Three years later fartboy is still obsessing about farts.

Which was answered three years ago. Fartboy persists in clipping one sentence. I get that he doesn't "like" me and the feeling is mutual. I get that he is an immature prick that comes back with his juvenile fart every time I post. So yes once and for all cows can pass a small amount of gas when they poop. So is the liberal circle jerk team happy now?

He's laughing at you because you couldn't answer with a simple yes.

That's why he started the thread. He knew you would react this way.

Just an observation. You seriously can't stop even after being told you've been severely trolled.

If you weren’t always so hilariously defensive about it, it would stop getting traction. Just say “yes cows fart” without the soliloquy every time and it would be too boring to keep bringing up
