The cops there also get years (as oppose to months) of training, their pay is better which definitely helps in making it so they're not pissed off all the time, and they have MORE police per capita (that's why defund the police is re ed...the solution is more police so law enforcement is more local + and we get rid of plain clothes units that get to roam around the whole city like goons).There's also less crime, especially less violent crime over there. Only giving cops 21 weeks of training (on average what US cops get) is taking the rights you're giving cops for granted. Someone should get 2-3 years of training before being vested with the right to stop anyone on the sidewalk.
Plain clothes cops have enough time on the force to know better. Like dogs, more than one in a situation leads to out of control gang style beatdowns. Any of those cops had the power to put a stop to it, none did. Memphis Mafia.
