Yeah guess a fan of a zero time champion knows about regular season ball in April. You’ll be checked out by June as usual
9-1 to the Rangers? At home? Losing the series?

Padres offense is somehow worse than last season
No runs in 20 consecutive innings
Strider on the mound tomorrow, I'm attending
Padres are a dumpster fire and it isn't even May yet. Hopefully they can recoup some value for Soto; dude has been a massive bust since he was acquired.
I defense it's been 3 consecutive quality arms faced. I expect Tatis to help maybe even alot considering his playstyle is ideal for the new rule changes.
10-game suspension so 2 starts
1st game since the last day of the 2021 season
Padres give Suarez that extension and then he immediately needs Tommy John
Welp a bit of a rough 0-5 (2K's) opening for Tatis
Padres first 3 hitters go 0 for 13 and yet SD scores 7 runs. Rather impressive.
I think the lineup is poorly setup. Xander is the best contact hitter and yet buried at the 4th position. Tatis can't start ice cold or there will be resentment in the clubhouse. But winning solves all and Padres did it today.

Astros are a Champion. Stayed in the game and answered.
Smacked 2 of our better Bullpen arms. Well done.
Good series
Better build them a dome
We got cucked. Astros outscored us in the 7th inning+ 12-0
Easy to blame the Bullpen but our Offense let us down. Not enough runs to hang with such a strong opponent.
We really have JV replacement this feels great
7-1 vs NYM stretching back to September

Welp explains why he's struggled this season. 50/50 chance he might be toast for the 2023 season. I'm hopeful he returns in the 2nd Half

Cardinals lose, 11-7. They're swept for the second straight series. St. Louis extends their losing streak to a season-high six games, have won only one game of their last 10 and own the worst record in the National League with a dismal 10-22 mark.
