Lol, are they even like close friends, or anything?
Why are weird assumptions happening?

It isn't going to matter who drafts him.
No. It won't. Unless the Spurs really fumble the ball over the next 4-5 years, Wemb isn't going anywhere.
What I don't like about this article is the Spurs are no longer targeting upside high risk/high reward anymore.
Why not?
Should always look to get the highest potential players.
This roster is overall weak outside of Wemby.
We pulled the golden ticket, and we’re getting to tour the chocolate factory. Unfortunately, because you’re Veruca Salt, you won’t enjoy it at all.
Not clear whether that was just for the 2023 draft or for future years too. It makes a difference.
What rascal means by "highest potential players" is Shaeden Sharpe. He wants players who don't know how to play basketball but who are athletes and can jump around. That's what he means.
What is wrong with Shaedon Sharpe? The Blazers love him.
rascal is rascal.
Everything he posts should be taken within rascal context.
From his constant misery, to his dour outlook, to his terrible evaluations on players.
I still love him though.
He's like a caricature, or a Muppet, like the Swedish chef.
Just so overblown that he's adorable, if taken with a not-so-serious eye.
Although he's probably dead serious.
OKC is taking this guy at 12. If I’m Orlando at 11 I’m extorting the crap out of them.
Have you people not interacted with Northeasterners? Blunt criticism means they care.
My entire family is from the Northeast.
I once was a sales manager for the northeast coast all the way up to Canada and I know how short-tempered and straight to the point they get.
I know that Canadians consider you not knowing French is an insult on that side, although they are coloquially bound to the "Queen" (lol).
I get it.
I know them.
My sis still lives in NYC.
You are too apologetic.
And, IMO, Connecticut is the worst.
Neither is Lebron but he left Cleveland to join Wade in Miami, and has played with many of his friends and even wants to be on the same team as his son. I think these days players make friends for life, and they value that more than team loyalty. Just my opinion. We don't know anything about Victor, not really.
AWESOME Analogy. LMAO.
One of my childhood favorites movies and books.

Seems like his stock continues to rise…sorry but if we’re going to trade up to get into that 12-16 range, I’d rather get someone like Bufkin or Cason Wallace. If Coulibaly is there in the low-mid 20s then that’s a different story.
Iirc the Thunder were smoke screening last year. They're as tight about interest as we are and either someone is guessing about Coulibaly or they're going after someone else. Their first priority seems to be moving up.
Glad hearing his teammate describing Bilal exactly as I see him.
- Great potential on defense, disruptive with his long arms, great instincts, High BBIQ.
- Athletic, long, fast, long strides on fast break. Can eurostep too.
- Can play the 2/3.
- Can hit the open 3.
- Potential 2 way player if he can develop a reliable shoot and become agrressive.
No doubt spurs have had an eye on him for a few months now. The Kawhi comparison (that's the game) speaks to spurs fans.
Coulibaly should thank his stars that he's playing games with Wemby right now, not sure he's rising if people aren't watching Wembys games.
Put Bilal in the NCAA and he's in everyone top 10 for 6 months.
Coulibaly ing sucks.
literally the best player on the floor for Mets 92 today
Offset should be in here doing victory laps.
