Brady got the superstar treatment but he knew when and how to just take the sack, specially at an older age when you know every sack can be your last. If you take the sac,k you can prepare yourself and your body to it. If you're stiil focused on trying to play hero football, that's when your body is more fragile and exposed. It's like in judo where you have to learn how to fall when your opponent gets you down.
