Chet that dude tho
A lot of those trey bricks were taken in the context of Zero Offensive Strategy Popped combined with ballhog chucking KJ, Vassell and point guard Sochan not getting him the ball at the proper times.
Frustrated, Wemby chucked a trey thinking he wouldn't see the ball again.
Horrible strategy and actions by Wemby but when you have the worst coach in the league whaddaya gonna do?
It looked somewhat better vs ATL. Some sets we even had Tre running the point and Sochan roaming as a F as he should.
Wemby took better shots and had some very kick ass passes himself.
Chet that dude tho
anyone taking Chet Holgrem over Victor Wembanyama
Chet is legit.
On paper sure, but in the system each player is in, which is the better fit?
Wemby doesn't play in a system tbh.
wembi is better in any system that has ever existed including no system
Everyone is in a system, even if it's a disorganized one.
Right now? Absolutely.
Chet's Thunder: 13-6 (2nd in the West)
Wemby's Spurs: 3-16 (100th in the West)
I wonder if Chet will front Wemby some Courtside playoff tickets to see the Thunder. Maybe he can learn about NBA playoff intensity from Chet?
And if Thunder makes the playoffs and the Spurs go lottery and they still gift Wemby ROY, there will be to pay for you farmers.
You’ll never get US citizenship being this stupid … oh wait maybe you have to be this stupid to get US citizenship
Juan Pedro not understanding that bb is a team sport
tbh
Do we have SGA? no
Y'all got Vassell
No excuses
But when it comes to Tim Duncan on this site, his teammates never get enough credit…..Specifically 05 Ginobli and 07 Parker.
Wemby probably needs to work with Hakeem on his footwork if he is going to be a finesse player.

On a loss, Enrique?
Would be a waste until he can get strong enough to hold position. In 2-3 years though I'd love to see him work with Hakeem.
The Spurs when he goes to the bench are without a doubt the single worst defense I have ever seen. It's so bad I just stop watching the games and go take a , run the dog out, play a couple of hands of solitaire, go to Bangbros and rub one out, etc whenever he goes to the bench for a rest.

This is the rare franchise with a comparable post player and better player historically, who's still at least semi regularly around the team . . . I think he'll suffice.
This is like if an NBA player went to a playground and picked a random team to play with against a high school juggernaut squad. The NBA player's stats would be really good, but when the NBA player isn't on the court it's a constant beatdown by mid skilled journeymen.
