Many people are missing the big picture. There are many angles in this conflict. One sympathizing with Palestinian people isn't necessarily supporting Hamas, nor is one sympathetic to Israel after the ambush, against the Palestinian people.
Amare is a practicing Jew. It is understandable he reacted in this manner.
I do find neutrals picking a strong side in this conflict to be short sighted. On the heels of Ukraine/Russia, this conflict is far more complicated and always has been.
