Braves won't make any big moves & let Fried walk at end of season

Of all these years I've been Braves fan. We never sign a big free agent. Always trade - McGriff, Kenny Loften,
Sheffield, Tim Hudson, Teixeira and JD Drew.

We only sign aging stars. Fix guys with potential. Acquire youngsters that we think can blossom.

Braves will return the same club into 2024. Add a #3 starter and some bullpen arms. CHOP

Max Fried - he's my favorite player on this roster. Flawed but improved in our eyes. Padres product, fell in our lap.

My World Series jersey is Fried. He finished it.

Now he's been injured 2-straight October's. He deserves a gigantic contract based on his regular season consistency. But I think October my Max falls short

Bias: I think this should be Alex's first mega resign. How we gonna get another great Lefty? And Max is likely heading back West. Grew up a Dodger fan. But I understand why we ultimately will let my Max walk out the door...

True I just think a bigger bat in the lineup is needed. They may be going after Luis Robert and Dylan Cease

Braves traded 5 guys in the past 2 nights. I love AA.

To trade you need a partner. Dealing with the Braves is usually win-win outcome. Notice we usually deal with AL teams rebuilding. Both sides get what they need.

Wright trade. Wow. Braves been stockpiling broken Toys the last few years. Some rewarded us once they healed and others failed. Looks like AA just got rid of all the AAAA bench guys for 2 players that will be just good in 2024. Needed to shake things up after 2-straight chokes.

    That's one expensive DH

Dodgers still have no pitching for 2024. By the time they rebuild the pitching staff, half their team will be retired

No brainer move to sign Ohtani but this is a poorly constructed team

Signs for 700 big ones, a decade and already set to miss 2024 and possibly most of the 2025 season.

How the are the Dodgers able to afford this much money? Didn’t they sign Mook for like 400million too?

I think Ohtani is healthy for '24 just not pitching this upcoming season.

Dodgers balanced their books a bit and went down a tier in the luxury penalty. The penalty compounds and they were able to restart it.

Dodgers farm system is really strong. They could trade for SP and have to.
