I did not see enough Bucks games this year to speculate how good or not Griffin would be long term.

30-13 is a decent sample size tho to at least consider if the guy can coach more in the NBA.

I hate Doc Rivers, and am not defending him, but the reality is that Milwaukee’s defense was 25th in the league when Griffin was fired, and that was the reason. That record was a mirage of easy opponents. They were always going to hit the rocks.
