Look, he would make us better, but at what cost? Giving all those ATL picks right back to them plus players is not worth it.
They're that bad.
It is worth it when your GM can't draft worth a damn. Those ATL picks don't have any promise of being top 5 picks either, they still have to go through the lottery process. It's a no brainer to grab a perennial allstar young pointguard who would mesh perfectly with your potential GOAT player.
So would Tyus Jones find his big unlike his brother? This team so desperately needs a PG but any PG they get in the draft will be a year away from being a year away in this one and done era. Tyus is the only veteran PG I could reasonably see them getting.
Trade for Trae + draft Reed Shepphard or Risacher and you're good.
Meh give them Keldon so they can say they got something and Zollins to match salary. Neither of them belong on this team long term and I doubt Keldon has much trade value alone anyways.

No, Tyus is a scrub like Tre only instead of the 45-50th best initiator he's like 30-35th.
All ATL has to do is be the 8th seed and those picks are a bunch of nothing.

Risacher is either going #1 or #2 so pretty doubtful Spurs can get him. Would love to get Sheppard with the Toronto pick if it conveys.

It's a team effort, not one guy making the picks. They all sign off on the picks.
No argument there. Add in Vassell too. I just don't give them any of their picks back. You wanna give them those 3 plus the Toronto pick and ours...then do it.
A real coach would never let Collins see the floor of an NBA court again. Draft a big in the second round or sign an old fart, is Gorgui dieng available?
