Keep Wemby out the rest of the year. Don't let Portland catch up.

I know the spurs are bad but you probably don't want to get your bootyhole railed out in public like they did this game.

With a name like yours though it seems logical.

Why not? What did you expect on the road against a le contender with every shred of talent on this team outside of Tre Jones in street clothes? I can't believe they even scored 89; I was expecting something like 67.

    100% agree.

There are no "style points" to be won at this time, especially when Wemby is sitting out.

Nothing that happens in the next three games is going to change the perceived image of the Spurs, but it could change our draft pick.

Spurs NBA record streak of games with at least 20 assists definitely in danger tonight.
They were sitting at 16 assists with 6 minutes left and they got the memo. They had 8 assists in the last 6 minutes to extend the streak.

    24 assists in the end...

It's a multiple emaning stat anyway, less talent = need to pass to survive

Exactly why these no-talent hacks led the league in assists 10 years ago.

The Spurs are 2nd in the league in assists per game this year.

I think the lesson here is that assist rate and assists per game are uncorrelated with winning.

    Read again... "multiple"

Some are correlation more than causation

Yeah which is why I’m not sure how them having high assists numbers means they have no talent. It just means …. Nothing

Because the less individual talent the more you need spacing and passing to create OPEN shots (easier to make for lesser talented players)

Now if you do it with talented players like in '14 you get one of the best teams of all times

Again, the assists means nothing. It’s a system. Not because of food or bad players.

Yes, it's a system. It's also the best way to hide players's limitations in ISO that requires more individual talent.

It's one of those stats that can mean many things. It's obviously a good thing when the number is high and what does work with lesser talented players works even better with talented ones, as we saw in 2013-14

Not what I said. You just really have a history of not reading anything and just bend other peoples words to fit your narrative. It’s rather frustrating.
