Mavs had no business in the finals.

But they were there with a shot, but got mercilessly flushed in Game 1 and didn't know what to do. Sitting there in Boston for 3 days is torture. You just want to be in Texas and practicing there, not on foreign soil.

dallas wings simply shat the bed the entire series.. irving has been the worst of them all of course, but all wings have been s s of themselves at shooting, and a disgrace whenever they attempted a dribble.

Boston went after him like the last pork chop on the plate Game 1 and won't stop until it's over. That's nothing like the first 82, a world a difference. One portends that there really won't be a big difference. That's just avoiding hard facts.

you got a guy the entire universe knows has no left hand, and you let him go right all game long. you have a play that has worked all season long, and you completely abandon it simply bc of a couple bad shooting nights by role players. you are on a 20-2 run, then call a timeout after a big defensive stop to kill momentum and a great fast break opportunity.

lots went wrong, but it's unquestionable the single biggest issue with the Mavs is Kidd.

Every player whines, but not even close to the extent Luka does. He literally has something to about on every single play. Win or lose these finals, Luka's image took a hit with impartial fans.
