They've had the fully automated strike zone ready to go for over 20 years, but, they're deathly afraid to implement it. They already lost a half-hour a game by implementing the shot clock...thus a half hour of MSM time and selling GWTW=They'd lose another half hour with the automated strike zone.
They have nary shame. Catchers dragging pitches into the strike zone live on camera will continue.
