It's such a dangerous one that involves so many other factors than the production of a player.

He was a relatively low mistake player who spreads the floor. The spurs were skewing towards the drive and kick style of Parker in those days, and bonnet was able to pull a big out to open up the lane.

After watching Sochan shoot, I have zero faith in Castle developing his shot.
His form is already way better. Sochan's has regressed really badly based on the footage from Team Poland.
Hopefully Castle brings in his own shooting coach to the team

Seriously. WTF are they doing? Every day that goes by and they don't address it, it's worse. I remember Pop saying something along the lines of "if it goes in, you don't mess with it". Well, guess what? It isn't going in. A franchise that keeps drafting non shooters and loses their coaches to other teams is baffling. Fred Vinson, reputable shooting coach that worked with Lonzo, Ingram, Herb Jones, was just hired by Detroit. Meanwhile, Kevin Tran's shot looks better and faster than Sochan's.
He is like a machine like Nephew. He wants to be great and will put in the work. Sometimes the work can’t fix a jumpshot, but he seems like one up for the challenge.
