In fact, we believe at least one existing starter is likely to hit the portal. We will not release that name in case he ultimately decides to return. Not sure if these are any of the players being referenced, but IT said WR Ryan Wingo, DE Colin Simmons and LB Anthony Hill, Jr. are locked in.
Other programs were coming hard after all of them.
IT changed their tune here and they now expect Williams to declare for the draft.

Muhammad is the overwhelming message board favorite to leave, especially considering he was talking about his NIL worth publicly a few weeks ago while Texas was positioning themselves for a playoff run.
