The rape was minimized only after he augered in.
You can say what you want, but media was fawning over him during the Olympics when the #metoo movement was in full swing.

Show me, Kobe was exonerated the second he won. The rape was getting minimized when the Lakers got MVPau and started to be good again.

It was all fine and dandy when ESPN had Kobe at #12 all time. Spurfan had a blast with that one.

    Now ESPN bad

Then Kobe somehow leapfrogged everyone and the only thing he did was killing his leg and a bunch of innocent people, including his daughter. Sickening.

Two separate ideas. And those children getting killed pushed kobe up the list. I am appalled by how the media rewarded kobe for killing innocent people, especially the kids.

Duncan still won 2 regular season MVPs and 4 rings as the best player on his team compared to Kobe's 1 (robbed CP3) and 2 respectively. Duncan pretty easily ahead of Kobe.

Curry and Shaq the same thing.

    It should be:

    1-Lebron
    2-Duncan
    3-Curry
    4-Shaq

    And then the rest.
shaq #3 tbh. curry has two less rings without kd.

shaq would have the same amount of rings with prime ray allen, tracy mcgrady, manu, etc.

Putting Kobe into the top 5 is like putting James Dean in the top 5 actors, both because they died young. Whatever level they were before they died is where they should remain, since they didn't get better post mortem.

I still have PTSD from the Gasol trade in 2008

Lakers were already playing good basketball that season before the trade - heck they torched us without Pau as Jordan ing Farmar lit us up

Once they got one of the best big men in the league the writing was on the wall
