We have a Supreme Court that thinks the 14th Amendment -- the beating heart of all the reconstruction amendments -- is color-blind. Might as well try to bum rush the US cons ution.
As a matter of practice, I tend to doubt courts could do anything about Trump using US armed forces to deport people, even US citizens. It has happened in the past.
You could even try to dress it up as humanitarian, say that US mass deportation is "keeping families together."

The immunity SCOTUS just gave Trump may change the contours of the game.
I think maybe Trump can do as he pleases with executive officials and US armed services this time around. At a minimum, facts can be created on the ground before any court can stop it, and SCOTUS will shield Trump from legal accountability.
If Trump can middle ground a solution with Putin, he will be remembered as the Warwhisperer

the issue is, the dems can just import poverty ridden pregnant women (if they're not already pregnant, they'll kidnap them and hire a few guys to rape and impregnate them all) from all over the world by the truckload or just ship them in by the tens of thousands, pay to make sure they give birth in the USA so their babies will have auto citizenship, then whine on TV about republicans breaking up families if they deport their mothers. And then when the masses of mothers are ultimately given US citizenship they'll all vote democrat, as will the babies when they grow up, it's part of the dems' long term power strategy and white replacement agenda.
