As I understand it, Trump's sentencing is stayed pending Trump's appeal to dismiss the case.
If the case is not dismissed, Trump will remain an indicted but not sentenced felon throughout his presidency, and sentencing can happen whenever Trump leaves office -- in principle.
In practice, Trump will probably receive yet another ad hoc ruling in his favor, as he has all along.
